I routinely packed that bag to exactly 50 lbs and still left stuff behind it weighed 11 lbs. I made 3 trips with a 20" Heys hardside bag (7200 cubic inches) I found at TJMaxx before Delta's hired luggage destroyers busted it up beyond repair. I "live" part of the year in Europe and I need the space and the weight to bring necessary items with me back-and-forth (particularly as I prepare for a more permanent move to Europe). My holy grail (which I do not believe I can find in my price range) is: spinner, under 8 pounds, and as close to 62 linear inches as possible (aka as big a bag as I can get). Hi!
